Our teams do not replace local ministry efforts. Instead, we come alongside ministries already serving year-round, building relationships and encouraging the work God is already doing.

INTERNS
Looking for a deeper experience?
CTL internships are designed for students and young adults, but open to people of any age and stage, who want to invest more intentionally in ministry, leadership development and cross-cultural learning. Interns serve alongside both U.S. staff and international ministry partners while gaining practical experience in nonprofit ministry.

Let us know if you have a particular area of interest such as psychology, music, medicine, photography or much more, and we can tailor the internship experience to your interests and to the needs of our partner ministries.
