How do I join the event?
When you registered, you received a confirmation email that contained a unique access code and a link to the event itself. Simply click on the "Access Virtual Event" button in the email to be taken to the event page. If you haven't yet registered, click here to visit the website to register for your free access to the event!
I lost my confirmation email. How will I access the event now?
Not to worry! Click here to return to the registration page. You can click on "Resend Confirmation" in the upper right corner and enter the email address you used to register for the event. You'll receive another email with your event information included.
What do I need in order to watch the event?
You'll need a device with internet access and a web browser. You'll also need your registration confirmation or access code, which was emailed to you when you registered for the event.
What is the best way for me to watch the event?
While the event should be accessible in any web browser on any device, we have found in our testing that a computer is a great way to view the event.
I can't see the video on my screen. What should I do?
If you have used your link or access code to enter the event, you should see a countdown on the page until our event goes live at 6:00 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, September 21. Once the event is live, you should see the video appear and be able to press play on it on whatever device you're using.
If you don't see the video on your screen once the event has gone live, we suggest you try one or more of the following:
refresh your browser tab
copy and paste the event link into a different web browser (examples of web browsers include Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
use a different device (such as a tablet, a phone, or a computer)
